Description

1902 Quarter, PR67 Cameo
Pristinely Preserved

1902 25C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The surfaces on this Superb Gem Cameo 1902 proof quarter are virtually untoned on the obverse save for a hint of copper color near the rim, which broadens out on the reverse into noticeable accents of the same hue. The strike verges on full, and there are no mentionable signs of contact. An attractive Cameo example from the first year the Mint strove to veer away from contrasted proofs.
