1904 25C PR66 ★ NGC. A decisively struck and undisturbed Premium Gem that has exquisite peripheral golden-brown and blue-green patina. The devices are frosty and appear to merit a Cameo designation, although NGC has conservatively assessed that attribute. A scant 670 proofs were issued.
