    Description

Dazzling Superb Gem Proof 1905 Quarter

1905 25C PR67 PCGS. Though the Mint released 727 proof quarters for 1905, no later issue in the series would achieve a mintage that high. This needle-sharp and strongly reflective piece displays modest contrast and a thin layer of green-gray haze over the obverse fields. An exceptionally clean specimen that should appeal to the Barber collector. Population: 11 in 67, 2 finer (3/07).(Registry values: N2998)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 242L, PCGS# 5691)

    Weight: 6.25 grams

    Metal: 90% Silver, 10% Copper
