Colorfully Toned Superb Gem Proof 1906 Quarter

1906 25C PR67 PCGS. Both sides of this Superb proof striking show unfathomable depth of mirrored reflectivity, which is immediately apparent even through the colorful layers of toning that is present over each side. The obverse shows rich turquoise-blue toning sandwiched between layers of reddish-golden and antique-golden coloration. The reverse, on the other hand, shows more subtle shades of soft-gold, blue, and lime-green at selected border areas with significant portions of original mint brilliance over most of that side. If there are any defects on the surfaces of this exceptional coin we are unable to locate them. Wonderful technical quality combined with unbeatable eye appeal. Population: 17 in 67, 2 finer (3/04).
