1906 Quarter, PR67
Scintillating Untoned Surfaces
1906 25C PR67 PCGS. CAC. Intense, untoned surfaces contain
significant mirroring, which is nicely contrasted to the lighter
nickel-colored devices. No abrasions are present, as is expected
from a Superb Gem. Strike is sharp, with the inner points of all
stars visible, but there is slight weakness on the upper arrow
feathers on each wing. The proof mintage of 675 coins for this year
was a lower figure than for the previous years, but higher than the
