    Description

    1908 Quarter, PR67 Cameo
    Tied for Finest at PCGS

1908 25C PR67 Cameo PCGS. High-contrast proofs were the exception in 1908, not the rule. This Superb Gem Cameo Barber quarter is tied with three others as the finest of just 15 Cameos at PCGS (10/15). The fields are fully mirrored, and the design elements show satiny luster. Each side is cast in a warm golden glow. The eagle's right (facing) talons are weak, but the remaining design elements show sharp definition.(Registry values: P1)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 242P, PCGS# 85694)

    Weight: 6.25 grams
