colorful patina in shades of green, blue, purple, and orange. There
is a strong degree of reflectivity in the fields, though minimal
field-device contrast is typical of the era. This is a carefully
preserved and highly appealing Barber quarter from a mintage of
only 545 proofs. Population: 16 in 67 (1 in 67+), 6 finer
