1909 PR 68 NGC. The only negative thing we can report about this coin is that the toning may be too heavy on the obverse for some tastes. That side shows a deep blue-violet patina with specks of brilliance scattered about. The reverse, however, is lighter with pleasing golden-blue toning seen across that side. The surfaces are seemingly unaffected by any hairlines or contact marks. Superb quality. Population: 3 in 68, none finer.
