Description
PCGS 1910 PR 66. An ultra-deep cameo proof that is completely brilliant throughout. The devices just could not have any more frost on them, they are as white as a modern proof and just as starkly contrasted against the opaque blackness of the fields. One tiny contact mark on the cheek is all that prevents the coin from grading even higher, for it surely has the eye appeal of a 67 coin.
