    Description

    1912 Barber Quarter, PR67 Cameo
    White-On-Black, Few Finer

1912 25C PR67 Cameo PCGS. This snow-white Superb Gem displays remarkable Cameo contrast for a 20th century Barber proof, with mint frost strongly evident on all devices including the rims. A superior strike accompanies the pristine, deeply mirrored fields. Common as a business strike, this date is anything but common in brilliant proof format with strong Cameo contrast -- one of just 700 proofs produced. Very few are found finer. Population: 6 in 67 (1 in 67+) Cameo, 1 finer (12/13).(Registry values: N2998)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 242U, PCGS# 85698)

    Weight: 6.25 grams

    Metal: 90% Silver, 10% Copper
