    1913 25C PR67 NGC. CAC. The 1913 proof Barber quarter claims a small mintage of 613 pieces. This impressive Superb Gem exhibits sharply detailed design elements in most areas, with just the slightest trace of softness on the eagle's claw and arrow fletchings. The fields are deeply mirrored and the virtually pristine surfaces show a few hints of sea-green and aquamarine toning at the peripheries. Census: 18 in 67 (1 in 67+), 5 finer. CAC: 11 in 67, 2 finer (6/17).
