    1913 25C PR68 Cameo NGC. This magnificent PR68 Barber quarter exhibits razor-sharp definition in all areas except for the slightest softness on the eagle's claw. The design elements are unusually frosty, and contrast profoundly with the pristine mirrored fields. The surfaces remain essentially brilliant, with just a wisp of pale gold toning. Census: 5 in 68 Cameo, 0 finer (6/12).(Registry values: N4719)
