1913 25C PR68 NGC. This gleaming Superb Gem proof displays
vivid sea-green, violet, and olive-gold toning over each side,
while the devices offer satiny luster that sets them off from the
mirrored fields. Trivial weakness is seen on the eagle's right
(facing) talons and shoulder junction. The 1913 proof is a major
condition rarity in PR68 and is almost unknown finer. Census: 4 in
