Awesome Quality PR69 1913 Barber Quarter
1913 25C PR69 NGC. There are many finest knowns in the Hugon Collection, and here is another. What separates this coin from its peers is the fact that it is really not possible to imagine another 1913 quarter that could ever approach this coin in terms of technical quality and eye appeal. It is, in fact, as close to perfection as one can imagine. The fields are deeply reflective and each side is covered in rich coloration. The obverse is primarily emerald-green with a smidgen of rose around the margin, while the reverse has bright scarlet-rose toning in the center with an occasional dab of cerulean blue around the periphery. Magnification reveals a number of specks of other colors on each side also.
