    1914 25C PR66 Cameo NGC. Not only does the 1914 quarter boast the lowest proof mintage of any Barber quarter (380 pieces), but survivors rarely exhibit sufficient contrast to warrant a Cameo designation. Both sides of this glassy, virtually untoned specimen are void of noticeable disturbances and are notable for appreciable Cameo effect. Census: 6 in 66 Cameo, 4 finer (1/06).(Registry values: N2998)
