    1915 25C PR66 NGC. CAC. Excellent eye appeal for this final proof Barber quarter issue. The obverse is mildly contrasted between the minimally toned portrait and the dappled gold-orange and blue patina of the fields, while the reverse is more extensively toned in the same vein. Census: 20 in 66, 20 finer (9/09).(Registry values: N2998)
