Beautiful 1852 Proof Restrike Half Cent, PR66 Brown NGC

1852 1/2 C Restrike, Small Berries PR66 Brown NGC. B-2, R.5. This first restrike example is readily identified by the die doubled wreath ribbon and HALF CENT. An exquisitely struck and virtually undisturbed premium Gem with glassy mirrored fields. The chocolate-brown surfaces reveal navy-blue and tan colors when rotated under a light. A wispy lintmark (as made) crosses the upper serif of the C in CENT and serves to pedigree this specimen.
