Description
1914 Buffalo Nickel, PR67
Sharp Matte Proof Type Coin
1914 5C PR67 NGC. A superb matte proof, this 1914 Buffalo
showcases thick luster and needle-sharp definition of even the most
insignificant details on each side. The surfaces are seemingly
as-struck and have glowing nickel-gold patina. Numerically finer
examples of this proof issue exist, but are rare, and this piece is
virtually as eye-appealing. Census: 69 in 67 (1 in 67+, 5 in 67
★ ), 12 finer (7/15).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 278T, PCGS# 3991, GSID# 3152)
