Description

1914 Buffalo Nickel, PR67
Ex: Eliasberg

1914 5C PR67 PCGS. CAC. The matte proof mintage of Buffalo nickels was only 1,275 pieces in 1914, and few survivors can match the quality of this spectacular Superb Gem. This coin is fully struck, with vibrant mint luster, and pristine surfaces. Vivid shades of ice-blue and gold toning grace both sides of this magnificent piece. This coin traces its history back to the fabled Eliasberg Collection, where it was one of the highlights of the Buffalo nickel section. Housed in a green label holder.
