Description
1915 Nickel, PR67
Splendid Iridescent Toning
1915 5C PR67 PCGS. The 1915 Buffalo nickel has a mintage of
1,050 proofs, and enough examples survive through PR66 to satisfy
the needs of most series specialists. Those who demand a Superb Gem
proof will require patience, as the 1915 is very scarce in PR67 and
rare any finer. Splendid pale toning covers each side, including
lilac, gold, and orange. As expected, design detail is
needle-sharp.Ex: Central States Signature (Heritage, 4-5/2016), lot 4041.(Registry values: N2998)
