Lightly Toned 1936 Type Two--Brilliant Finish Nickel1936 5C Type Two--Brilliant Finish PR67 NGC. Both sides are pretty much uniformly reflective, as expected for the Type Two variety of this year. Still, a degree of field-motif contrast appears when the coin is tilted at various angles beneath a light source. A thin coating of iridescent orange-gold and ice-blue patination dominates the obverse, while the reverse displays light orange-gold and violet-blue tones. All of the design elements are sharply impressed. Census: 81 in 67, 12 finer (12/06).
