First Generation Holder
1937 5C PR68 PCGS. A sharp, reflective example of the final
proof issue in the Buffalo nickel series, toned in warm golden hues
with pristine surfaces beneath. The 1937 proof is seldom available
in this lofty grade, and finer pieces are prohibitively rare. The
first generation "rattler" holder further increases the appeal of
this piece compared to many of its peers. Population: 56 in 68 (5
