1856 Flying Eagle Cent, Snow-9, AU Details

1856 1C Snow-9 -- Cleaning -- PCGS Proof Genuine. AU Details. Snow-9, as usual. This sharply detailed 1856 Flying Eagle cent shows areas of gunmetal-blue toning atop otherwise bronze-brown surfaces. The coin is cleaned and has a few marks, but the eye appeal is acceptable for budget-friendly representation of this rare debut small cent.

The marketing was exceptional from the photos to the ads in Civil War Times and North South Trader for the cross over people!!! I have had many emails from my Civil War collecting fraternity that saw these and I saw them at the national show in Nashville/Franklin in early December.
