1950 50C PR67+ NGC. CAC. This high-end Superb Gem displays
razor-sharp definition on all design elements and the fields are
brightly reflective, with a touch of frosty mint luster. The
surfaces are completely brilliant and close inspection with a loupe
reveals no mentionable surface flaws. NGC has graded only three
