1950 Franklin Half PR66 NGC. The year 1950 is the first to show the proof Roosevelt dime or Franklin half dollar. Freckles of beige-gold are noted on both sides of this Premium Gem half, as are hints of iridescent ice-blue and tan visible only under magnification.
