1951 Franklin Half, PR68
Registry Set Quality
1951 50C PR68 NGC. Only a handful of proof 1951 Franklin
halves are known in the lofty PR68 grade, including 10 at NGC (one
in PR68 ★ ) and two at PCGS; neither service has seen any Cameos or
Deep Cameos finer than PR67+. This brilliant, dazzling proof is
fully struck with frosty motifs rising above flashy fields. Modest
cameo contrast is seen on the reverse, less so on the obverse. The
