1951 50C PR68 NGC. The second proof issue in the Franklin
half dollar series is infrequently available at the lofty PR68
grade level, and only one numerically finer piece is reported. This
brilliant example boasts a full strike and pristine surfaces with
moderate field reflectivity. The early Franklin proofs seldom have
