Beautiful Rim Toning
1951 50C PR68 PCGS. Impeccable preservation complements the
beautiful rim toning more prominent on the obverse, copper-rust and
ocean-blue, with smaller daubs on the reverse. Each side is
miraculously free of mentionable contact, seldom seen on this early
proof Franklin issue. PCGS reports only two submissions in this top
