1952 50C PR67 Cameo PCGS. Mintages for proof Franklin half dollars began to increase this year, eventually exceeding one million pieces for the first time in 1957. At 81,980 coins, however, the 1952 production figure was still small by modern standards. This Superb Gem is crisply struck and immaculately preserved, with deeply reflective fields and mildly frosted devices. Population: 26 in 67 Cameo, 1 finer (8/08).
