1961 Doubled Die Reverse Half
1961 50C Doubled Die Reverse PR67 NGC. FS-801. A fully
brilliant and immaculate specimen of this dramatic doubled die
variety. Though Cherrypickers' lists two other DDR varieties
for the proof date, both minor, it is FS-801 that dominates the
front cover of the Fifth Edition Volume II. Census: 23 in 67, none
