Undesignated Cameo Proof
1887 G$1 PR65 PCGS. Ex: Blanchard with box. This glittering
Gem proof 1887 gold dollar is housed in a first generation PCGS
holder. Both sides have fully mirrored fields and frosty
yellow-gold devices that suggest a Cameo designation would probably
be received today. A small area of pale blue toning is evident in
the left obverse field. Population: 12 in 65, 31 finer including
