Description

1852 Half Cent, PR64 Brown
First Restrike, B-2

1852 1/2 C First Restrike PR64 Brown PCGS. B-2, R.4. The 1852 First Restrike is undoubtedly the most plentiful variety of the proof-only half cent dates, and it ranks as one of the most frequently encountered proof half cents of any issue. Steel-blue and coppery-red toning is blended on the obverse while the reverse is primarily toned blue. A pleasing example with a few grade-limiting marks and hairlines. This is an excellent opportunity for the proof type collector. Our EAC grade PR60.
