    1854 PR 64 Red and Brown NGC. With a mintage of only 50 pieces, and only 5 graded, the 1854 proof takes its place with the rarities of the series. This coin exhibits the characteristic die rust pit on the I of UNITED. The toning is mottled with areas of brown, red, and blue. The strike is especially sharp, with very reflective fields. Population: 1, with 2 finer (11/98).
