1859 1C PR66 PCGS. The one-year Laurel Wreath type is sought
after in both proof and circulation strike format. The present
Premium Gem proof is conditionally scarce. Reflective fields
complement the sharp, satiny devices, without any distracting
contact marks. Warm golden-tan surfaces reveal russet freckles
beneath a loupe, attesting to the originality. Population: 32 in
