1860 1C PR64 PCGS. 30th Anniversary Green Label Holder. A sharply struck and satiny Choice proof cent. Primarily butter-gold, although the central reverse displays peach and lilac shades. Much scarcer than suggested by the Guide Book mintage of 1,000 pieces, since many unsold proof sets were melted.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 229A, PCGS# 2253, Greysheet# 1470)
