Challenging This Fine
1860 1C PR66 NGC. A conditionally rare, high-end example of
the copper-nickel proof issue, showing sharp, satiny devices and
pronounced field reflectivity. The bright blond-gold color does not
yield much cameo contrast, but the overall quality of the coin is
excellent. Only a few faint flecks are discernible with a loupe.
