1860 1C PR66 PCGS. This 1860 Premium Gem proof Indian cent
is a first-year subtype, as the 1859s had the Laurel Wreath
reverse, which ceded to the Oak Wreath With Shield reverse the
following year. This piece offers plenty of charm over unmarked
surfaces that are well-struck with a typical light-tan color and a
few tiny darker flecks. Population: 9 in 66, 0 finer
