    1864 1C Bronze No L PR65 Brown NGC. This beautiful proof exhibits vivid lime-green, crimson, and orange toning in the fields which highlight the purplish-tan motifs. The design features are exquisitely struck, revealing no areas of mentionable weakness. There are no significant abrasions to report, and just a few light, unobtrusive "water-like" spots are noted on the obverse. Census: 6 in 65, 12 finer (11/05).(Registry values: N1793)
