    1864 1C Copper-Nickel PR64 NGC. A faint, thin mark on the cheek appears to be the sole visible contact on this near-Gem proof, from an estimated mintage of 370 pieces. The strike is well-executed and close to full. Interestingly, the reverse die is rotated about 10 degrees counterclockwise with respect to the obverse.(Registry values: N1793)
