1864 Copper-Nickel Cent, PR65 Deep Cameo
Seldom Seen This Nice

1864 1C Copper Nickel PR65 Deep Cameo PCGS. This is a splendid Gem Deep Came proof of this last copper-nickel cent issue, produced to the extent of some 370 coins. Both sides display copper-orange color. Intense contrast and pristine surfaces are two of its many charms, with no visible impairments of any kind. The design elements are well-impressed, including sharp definition on the feather tips. Seldom seen in such fine preservation and with such a degree of contrast.
