    1865 1C PR65 Red PCGS. Housed in a green-label PCGS holder, this glittering Gem proof exhibits bold design definition on both sides, with satiny luster on the devices in a deeply mirrored frame of orange mint color. Both sides are exceptionally attractive with slight mellowing of the mint red on the devices. Population: 8 in 65 Red, 1 finer (5/12).(Registry values: N4719)
