    1866 1C Cent PR65 Red and Brown PCGS. A sharp Gem of this key proof issue. With mainly brown devices and lighter reddish-yellow fields, this lovely piece offers excellent luster and eye appeal. The facial roughness on the cheek is as made; all examples show the feature. PCGS has certified only six Red and Brown pieces finer (8/10).
