1870 1C PR65 Brown PCGS. A lovely Gem proof, this 1870 example displays glassy fields coated with rich olive, gold, and pale lavender-brown toning. The design elements are fully defined, with no evidence of surface contact. A few faint, grade-limiting hairlines in the fields are fully masked by the rich patina.
