Marvelous 1870 Cent, PR66 Red
1870 1C PR66 Red NGC. Peppered cherry-red patina mixes with orange-gold across the surfaces of this impressively reflective Premium Gem. The strike is full, as one would expect from a proof, and there are only a few nearly microscopic carbon spots on each side. The Guide Book estimates that 1000+ proofs were struck.
