1873 1C Closed 3 PR64 Cameo NGC. The intricate design elements are all crisply delineated, including the feather tips of Liberty's headdress. A touch cloudy in the fields, but expertly preserved and free of contact marks or hairlines. One of justtwo pieces graded as Red and Brown Cameo by NGC (the other is a PR65), as of (8/08).
