    PR64 Red and Brown

    1877 1C PR64 Red and Brown PCGS. Only 900 Indian cents were struck in proof format in 1877. This near-Gem displays a medley of yellow-gold, light green, violet, and reddish-tan patination over both sides, each of which displays a degree of field-device contrast when the coin is rotated beneath a light source. This exquisitely struck piece is devoid of mentionable marks or spots. (Registry values: N2998)
