Description
Remarkable PR66+ Red 1883 Cent
1883 1C PR66+ Red PCGS. CAC. A satiny and fully struck honey-gold specimen whose fields and devices approach numismatic perfection. The present piece is a noteworthy exception. Population: 1 in 66+ Red, 1 finer (8/10).From The Westmoreland County Collection, Part Three.(Registry values: N4719)
