1884 1C PR67 Red PCGS. Orange-red and sun-gold illuminate this intricately struck Superb Gem. No marks are evident, and a strong loupe detects only inconsequential carbon. Spotted proof cents from the 1880s are readily obtained, but specimens of the present quality are unquestionably rare. Encapsulated in a green label holder. Population: 11 in 67 Red, 0 finer (2/22).
