Description
1886 Indian Cent Type Two--Improperly Cleaned--NGC. Proof. Mirrored surfaces show disturbed luster and extensive hairlines from a past cleaning. Despite this past occurrence, the coin has individual eye appeal, owing to unusual patina, generally bright copper-orange on the obverse with splashes of rose, blue, and violet near the rims; on the opposite side, the pattern is reversed.From The Boca Collection, Part II.(Registry values: P5)
