1893 1C PR66 Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. This beautifully preserved proof exhibits noticeably more red than brown color on each side, and also possesses modest cameo contrast on the obverse. A faint speckling of tiny specks shows up on the reverse upon close study with a lens, though the mirrored fields are otherwise devoid of flaws. Population: 7 in 66 Red and Brown, 1 finer (12/14).(Registry values: N1793)
